Product Description

Recombitek KC2 is a modified-live intranasal vaccine that helps prevent canine upper respiratory infection (kennel cough) caused by Bordetella bronchiseptica and canine parainfluenza virus. Formulated for healthy dogs and puppies 3 weeks and older, it mimics natural exposure in the nasal passages to build local immunity, supporting protection in boarding, grooming, training, or shelter settings.

How to Use

Dosage & Administration Instructions

Reconstitute the Dose: Rehydrate the vaccine cake with sterile diluent to the specified dose volume.

0.5 mL Option: Add 0.5 mL diluent for a 0.5 mL intranasal dose.

1 mL Option: Add 1 mL diluent for a 1 mL intranasal dose.

Administer Intranasally: Use the applicator tip to instill the entire dose into the nostril.

Use Immediately: Shake well and administer right after reconstitution.

Precautions

Intranasal Only: Recombitek KC2 is not to be injected.

Age Limit: Do not vaccinate puppies under 3 weeks of age.

Storage Rules: Refrigerate 2-8°C, protect from sunlight, do not freeze.

No Mixing: Do not mix with other products except the labeled diluent.

Emergency Care: Treat anaphylactoid reactions promptly with epinephrine.
