Calvenza-03 EIV/EHV is a killed-virus equine vaccine that helps reduce respiratory disease caused by equine influenza (A2 North American and A2 Eurasian strains) and equine herpesvirus types 1 and 4. Labeled for healthy horses 6 months and older, including pregnant mares, it supports a reliable immune system for horses exposed through travel, training, shows, or mixed herds.

Ingredients

How to Use

Dosage & Administration Instructions

Shake well: Mix vaccine thoroughly before drawing each dose.

Dose amount: Inject 2 mL per horse using aseptic technique.

Second dose: Administer 2 mL IM again in 3-4 weeks, at a different site.

Third dose: Administer 2 mL in 3-4 weeks via the IM or intranasal route.

Boosters: The annual booster need isn’t established; follow your veterinarian’s guidance.

Additional Information

Precautions

Refrigerate only: Store at 35°-46°F (2°-8°C); do not freeze.

Do not mix: Never combine Calvenza-03 EIV/EHV with other products.

Use after opening: Use the entire vial once it is first opened.

Slaughter rule: Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.

Emergency care: For anaphylactoid reactions, administer epinephrine promptly.
