Prestige Prodigy Equine Vaccine is an inactivated equine herpesvirus type 1 (EHV-1) vaccine formulated for healthy horses six months of age and older. The vaccine helps protect against equine rhinopneumonitis and supports abortion prevention in pregnant mares when administered as part of a veterinarian-directed vaccination program.

How to Use

Dosage & Administration Instructions

Pregnant Mares: Administer 2 mL intramuscularly in the 5th, 7th, and 9th months of pregnancy.

Maiden/Barren Mares: If housed or pastured with pregnant mares, vaccinate on the same schedule.

Respiratory Series: Administer three 2 mL intramuscular doses at 4–6-week intervals.

Revaccination: Historically recommended annually; the need for this booster has not been established.

Injection Route: Inject deep intramuscularly only.
