How to Use

Directions for Use

Shake Well: Give the vaccine bottle a good shake before using it. This ensures everything is mixed properly and works like it’s supposed to.

Give It Intramuscularly: You’ll want to inject 1 mL of the vaccine into the muscle for the best absorption and protection.

Two Doses Needed: Healthy horses need two doses of the vaccine, spaced about 3-4 weeks apart, to make sure they’re fully protected.

Check with Your Vet for Revaccination: If you’re wondering when to get your horse revaccinated, especially if they’re stressed or exposed to risks, talk to your vet for advice.

Stick to the Instructions: Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions when it comes to timing or any adjustments you need to make. They’ll give you the most accurate guidance.

Proper Storage: Keep the vaccine in the fridge, between 2°-8°C. This helps preserve its effectiveness.

Avoid Heat & Sunlight: Don’t let the vaccine get too hot or exposed to direct sunlight. It can lose its effectiveness if it’s exposed to these conditions for too long.

No Freezing: Freezing can damage the vaccine and make it useless, so keep it chilled, not frozen.

Use Quickly After Opening: Once you open it, use all of it. This way, you’re getting the full benefit of the vaccine.

Watch for Local Reactions: Some horses might experience mild reactions at the injection site, but these are usually temporary. Keep an eye on your horse after the shot.

Avoid Pre-Slaughter Vaccination: Do not administer this vaccine within 21 days before slaughter to comply with food safety regulations.
